This is good ol' Mephy in between his shadow form and his crystaline one...and theres blood, lots of blood. I think he's murdered someone and ate their liver O.o (I hope it was charmy bee).
I drew the outline with marker pens, painted it with water colour and then edited the contrast and brightness, if anyone wanted to know.
